    This track focuses on the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. Focused in on getting the ‘buy-in’ for implementing a CRM solution, understanding the role of CRM in an organization, and collaboration with other departments & teams. Content around change management, user adoption, and overall Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement customer success will be shared.

    System Administration

    This track will help system engineers with their Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement deployment. It will address topics featuring setup, security, relationships, data management, integration, workflow, optimization, and overall best management practices to help those most responsible for managing their Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment.

    AI & Analytics

    In this track, you'll learn to view, dissect, and understand your Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement data. Out of the box capabilities and complementary solutions like Power BI, Customer and Sales Insight to be shared to help companies get the most out of business intelligence and analytics when using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

    System Administration

    This track focuses on advanced topics of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement customization and extensibility. Advanced configuration, no code customization, and best practices will be shared, including the use of extended Microsoft cloud technologies that complement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. Topics will target experienced Dynamics 365 enthusiasts, experts, and/or consultants.

    This track focuses on custom extensibility and code required to make modifications to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. Both beginner and advanced extensibility and developing concepts will be shared.

    This track will focus on point-to-point data integration across Core Applications including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales and Services. With sessions on using the Data Integrator with the Common Data Service (CDS), and using templates to develop solutions such as prospect to cash, enabling the flow of master and transactional data between Finance, Supply Chain and Sales Applications.

    Integrations: PowerApps & Flow 

    This track includes sessions that provide complementary technologies to Dynamics 365 that support, extend, or even simplify your use of Dynamics 365. Topics will include integrations with PowerApps, Flow, and Common Data Services.
